Why did you start Next Day Gym?
I hit this roadblock during my own fitness journey- did I want to commit to a gym, where I would spend time driving back and forth, potentially waiting for machines or equipment, worried about being rushed by others, and then have to drive home smelly? Do I have the option of creating a home gym that works with the space available in my home where I can spend more time with my family? Would I be happier and more likely to succeed in an environment that I create? Making the decision to create a home gym was just the first step, researching the perfect equipment, moving it in and assembling, and optimizing the gym layout was something I realized others may need help with. That is why I started Next Day Gym.

What is your goal?
We have one goal in mind, to make fitness more accessible to our customers. We are a newly formed company putting the best gym equipment brands in our customer’s homes. Health is a universal aspect of everyone’s life, but it so often takes a back seat. We believe that a big part of this is accessibility. It is extremely easy to ignore a gym membership using any number of different excuses. Having gym equipment ready and waiting for you leaves little room for excuses.
